4sight’s coaching helps build an individual’s self-awareness and sense of responsibility
Mediation. This form of intervention is an act for the purpose of bringing about a settlement.
It is the reconciliation of the opposing forces/ideas within a particular setting. In this case 4sight provides
this intervention in a business context facilitating individuals and small teams/groups. The process by which we are
guided is one of encouraging the opposing factions to accept responsibility and may include:”
- Contracting – to generate a safe environment and prevention of ‘aggravated trespass’
- Raising awareness – Where are we now?
- Identify the main issues causing the ‘log jam’
- Identify particular behaviours that might cause friction
- Taking responsibility
- What is the Aim ? Identifying Outcomes AFTER stalemate (Goals) - Clarifying expectations of both sides
- Addressing each issue on its merits – overcoming objections
