Charging Structure
 The fee for individual and team coaching discussions and the duration of the coaching structure will vary according to the specific situation and the services required.  An initial quote may be available over the phone following preliminary negotiations.   The final details will be decided at an initial discussion where a Contract will be drawn up.

VAT
VAT may not be applicable in every case.

Materials
The coach may produce materials appropriate for the coaching discussions. Copyright of these materials will remain with 4sight and or the coach.

Travelling and other reasonable expenses
Rail travel, air travel and accommodation (where appropriate and agreed) will be charged at cost. Mileage will be charged at 45p per mile.

Cancellation Terms
 As shown on the Contract of Agreement drawn up prior to the commencement of a coaching structure.

Payment
Payment terms are:

50% of total fee to be received before the first session.
50% of total fee invoiced on completion of the programme or coaching structure
Expenses will be included in the final invoice, payment for which should be received within 14 days of invoice date.
